Lawyers at Manchester-based Brabners Chaffe Street recently presented Kidney Research UK with a cheque for an amazing £1,800. The money was raised at the annual Brabners Chaffe Street LLP Golf Day at Prestbury Golf Club.
John Street (pictured below), a property partner at the firm, presented the cheque to our community fundraising manager for the North West, Carol Bonham.
Mr Street said, “Our annual Kidney Research Golf Day is something of a tradition now, with the next one being the 26th event we've been involved in.
“Yet again it was a big success, with everyone who took part having a great day and helping raise a lot of money for a vital charity.
“Every year, we do our best to help fund research into kidney disease and we were only too pleased to be able to present Kidney Research UK with this money to help aid their battle against what is such a debilitating disease."
We were delighted to hear about Brabners Chaffe Street's latest fundraising efforts, which will help improve the lives of thousands of kidney patients across the UK, and we very much look forward to working with them again in the future.
