Ride across the Humber Bridge


On the 1st September 4 friends; Nathan Lyons, Oliver Henderson, Georgina Hillerby and Samantha Steele took part in some fundraising on behalf of Kidney Research UK. They managed to raise over £600 to help fund life saving research from doing a sponsored ride across the Humber Bridge.

The group came together as part of their summer holiday activities and took part in raising awareness for all kinds of causes. They gave special attention to Kidney Research UK as their Adult Advisor had a kidney transplant in May 2007, and they thought this would be a great way to thank the people who carry out the research.
