Ace European Group Insurance Cheque Presentation

Ace European Group Insurance in Glasgow raised £350 through their Christmas raffle. The company asked Liz Mcguiness to come along and accept the cheque along with Bill Blenman (taking the photograph), and to also have the opportunity to speak to the staff and explain what the charity does and to highlight the exciting events that they could endeavour to take part in.

In particular the forthcoming White Water Rafting event on the weekend 15/16 March 2008. We know at present that the ACE staff have 4 boats and by all indication there should be a few more.

Also Paula Lang is training to do the Glasgow 10K run in aid of Kidney Research UK and has hopes of maybe stepping up to the bigger events.
