The Assistant to the Executive Director is a newly created role within the highly efficient and result-driven communications and income generation directorate. Whilst the role will be working directly to the Executive Director, due to the nature of the work there will be cross team working throughout the whole charity. The Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Director including activity in income generation, supporter relationships and the coordination of diaries and meetings.

We’re looking for a confident, energetic individual who has the drive to be successful and work professionally. You will have excellent administrative skills, be a confident user of Microsoft software including Office 365 and have a commitment to high standards as well as the ability to work independently to deliver agreed plans. With knowledge of working within the charity sector, ideally within a fundraising role you will be able to multitask, prioritise and organise work requirements effectively.
