Every day 23 people start treatment for kidney failure.

With your support we can fund research to transform treatments for people living with kidney disease.

Be by the side of kidney patients

Delano’s kidney journey started when he was just two weeks old. His mum Diana has been by his side every step of the way, all through his childhood.

As Delano is beginning young adulthood and waits for a third transplant, kidney disease is holding him back from the life he’d like to lead.

Please make a special gift and continue to be by the side of kidney patients like Delano.

How your donations fund vital research

In 2025/26, we invested across research, awareness and education

£
million

We strive to continuously improve efficiency and to invest as much as possible of each pound in research and raising awareness of kidney disease.

Of all the money we raise, we invest 76 pence out of every pound directly into our research and awareness, with 24 pence helping us to raise the next pound to sustain our work into the future.
